摘要:
目的 探讨农药暴露对温室大棚农药接触者健康的影响。方法 选择银川市郊蔬菜大棚种植者192人为农药暴露组,非大棚种植村民134人为非农药暴露组,均进行体格检查,比较并分析两组调查对象的体检情况。结果 农药暴露组较非农药暴露组收缩压、舒张压降低、心率减慢(P均<0.05);农药暴露组心电图异常率(31.77%)高于非农药暴露组(21.64%)(χ2=4.051,P=0.044)。两组心电图异常主要为窦性心律不齐和窦性心动过缓。农药暴露组(31.25%)腹部B超异常率高于非农药暴露组(19.40%)(χ2=5.703,P=0.017)。两组腹部B超异常主要为脂肪肝。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,种植时间是农药暴露组心电图和B超异常的影响因素。结论 温室大棚种植者长期接触农药暴露,对机体肝脏功能、心血管功能造成一定的影响。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of pesticide exposure on the health of pesticide exposed people in greenhouse. Methods A total of 192 greenhouse vegetable growers were selected as pesticide exposure group and 134 non greenhouse vegetable growers were selected as non pesticide exposure group in Yinchuan suburb. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of pesticide exposure group were lower than those of non pesticide exposure group (P<0.05). The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in pesticide exposure group(31.77%) was higher than that in non pesticide exposure group(21.64%) (χ2=4.051,P=0.044). The main abnormalities of electrocardiogram in the two groups were sinus arrhythmia and sinus bradycardia. The abnormal rate of abdominal ultrasound in pesticide exposure group(31.25%)was higher than that in non pesticide exposure group(19.40%)(χ2=5.703,P=0.017);the main B-mode ultrasonographic abnormalities in the two groups were fatty liver. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that planting time was the influencing factor of electrocardiogram and B-ultrasound abnormality in pesticide exposure group. Conclusion The long-term exposure of greenhouse growers to pesticides has a certain impact on liver function and cardiovascular function.
