摘要:
目的 采用HPLC法建立同时测定桑菊感冒片中芦丁、绿原酸、木樨草苷和3,5-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量的测定方法。方法 色谱柱为phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),乙腈-水梯度洗脱程序,检测波长为348nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定桑菊感冒片中芦丁、绿原酸、木樨草苷和3,5-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量。结果 芦丁、绿原酸、木樨草苷和3,5-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸的浓度范围分别为2.332~27.989μg·mL-1、3.711~44.537μg·mL-1、2.310~27.718μg·mL-1、2.766~33.186μg·mL-1,相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9997、0.9995、0.9996,平均回收率(n=6)分别为94.2%、105.9%、97.0%、94.3%。结论 本方法简便准确、灵敏度高,适用于桑菊感冒片的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin、chlorogenic acid、luteolin glycosides and 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid in Sangju Ganmao Tablets. Methods The chromatographic column was phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6×250mm,5 micron),acetonitrile-water gradient elution procedure, detection wavelength was 348 nm,column temperature was 25 C,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The contents of rutin, chlorogenic acid,luteolin and 3,5-O-biscaffeoylquinic acid in Sangju Ganmao tablets were simultaneously determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The linear ranges of rutin、chlorogenic acid、luteolin glycosides and 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid were 2.332~27.989μg·mL-1、3.711~44.537μg·mL-1、2.310~27.718μg·mL-1 and 2.766~33.186μg·mL-1,They were 0.9999、0.9997、0.9995 and 0.9996.Their average recovery rates were 102.5%、102.7%、101.9% and 100.2%. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Sangju Ganmao Tablets.
