摘要:
目的 调查宁夏某县6~15 岁学生尿氟含量、氟斑牙和龋齿情况,为氟斑牙和龋齿的防治策略提供依据。方法 采取分层随机整群抽样方法抽取宁夏某县5个乡镇的5所学校,对在校6~15 岁学生进行了氟斑牙、尿氟含量及龋齿情况调查。结果 调查的558例学生中,氟斑牙检出率为18.1%,龋齿检出率为45.70%。9岁~、12岁~、11岁~及13岁~学生氟斑牙检出率均为20%以上;7岁~、8岁~和9岁~学生龋齿检出率均大于55%;各年龄组学生氟斑牙检出率、尿氟含量差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),各年龄组学生龋齿检出率差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。不同尿氟含量的学生氟斑牙和龋齿检出率差异均有统计学意义(χ2=24.187,P=0.000),不同尿氟含量男生和女生的氟斑牙、龋齿检出率差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论 该地区水氟含量监测工作需要进一步加强,对学生及其家长开展口腔卫生健康教育,培养良好的口腔卫生习惯,以降低该地区学生氟斑牙及龋齿的患病率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the fluoride content in urine, dental fluorosis and dental caries of students aged 6-15 in a county of Ningxia, and to provide evidences for the prevention and treatments of dental fluorosis and dental caries. Methods Five schools in five townships of a county in Ningxia were selected by stratified randomly cluster sampling. The fluoride content in dental fluorosis, urine and dental caries of students aged 6-15 years were investigated. Results Among 558 students surveyed, the detection rate of dental fluorosis was 18.1%, dental caries was 45.70%. The detection rates of dental fluorosis in 9,11,12 and 13-year-olds were all over 20%; The detection rates of dental caries in 7, 8 and 9-year-olds were all over 55%. There was no significant difference in the detection rates of dental fluorosis in all age groups(P>0.05). There was significant difference in the detection rates of dental caries in all age groups(χ2= 24.187,P=0.001). There were significant differences in the detection rates of dental fluorosis and dental caries among students with different urine fluorine(P=0.000). There were significant differences in the detection rates of dental fluorosis and caries between boys and girls with different urine fluorine (P=0.000). Conclusion In order to reduce the prevalence of dental fluorosis and dental caries among students in this area, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of water fluoride content, and carry out oral health education for students and their parents, and cultivate good oral hygiene habits.
