摘要:
目的 建立替牙期正常牙合儿童牙弓长度、宽度及基骨长度、宽度的正常参考值,总结替牙期正常牙合儿童的牙颌特征。方法 筛选长春地区120副7~13岁替牙期个别正常牙合儿童的牙颌模型作为研究对象,其中男、女各60副,每年龄组均为10副。测量120副替牙期正常牙颌模型的牙弓长度、宽度及基骨长度、宽度。应用t检验比较测量指标间的性别差异,应用Pearson相关分析对各测量指标的相关性进行分析。结果 得出120例替牙期正常牙合儿童各年龄组牙弓长度、宽度及基骨长度、基骨宽度的均值和标准差。长春地区11岁~、12岁~正常牙合儿童牙弓长度及宽度男性大于女性,长春地区8岁~、12岁~正常牙合儿童基骨长度及宽度男性大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上下颌牙弓长度间、牙弓宽度与同颌及对颌临近段宽度间、上下颌基骨长度间、上下颌基骨宽度间为中度相关关系(r>0.5,P<0.05)。结论 获得120例替牙期正常牙合儿童各年龄组牙弓长度、宽度及基骨长度、基骨宽度的正常参考值;120例替牙期正常牙合儿童的上下颌牙弓长度间、牙弓宽度与同颌及对颌临近段宽度间、上下颌基骨长度间、上下颌基骨宽度间存在较高相关性。
Abstract:
Objective In order to establish the normal value of arch lengths, arch widths,basal bone length, basal bone widths in 120 Changchun children in mixed dentition with normal occlusion,and to analyze the correlation between measurement indicators. Methods Total 120 dental casts in Changchun children in mixed dentition with normal occlusion(60 males and 60 females)were selected, with 10 samples in each age. Arch lengths, arch widths, basal bone length and basal bone widths were measured.T test was used to compare the gender differences between the measurement indexes, and the correlation of the measurement indexes was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results Mean and standard deviation of arch lengths, arch widths, basal bone length and basal bone widths in each age in 120 Changchun children in mixed dentition with normal occlusion were obtained. Arch lengths and arch widths in 11 and 12 years old males in mixed dentition with normal occlusion in males were greater than those in females. Basal bone lengths and basal bone widths in 8 and 12 years old males in mixed dentition with normal occlusion in males were greater than those in females(P<0.05). Maxillary arch lengths had moderate correlation with mandibular arch lengths, maxillary basal bone lengths had moderate correlation with mandibular basal bone lengths, maxillary basal bone lengths had moderate correlation with mandibular basal bone lengths, maxillary basal bone widths had moderate correlation with mandibular basal bone widths(r>0.5,P<0.05). Conclusion The normal reference value of arch lengths, arch widths,basal bone length and basal bone widths in each age in 120 Changchun children in mixed dentition with normal occlusion were obtained. Statistically significant correlations between maxillary and mandibular arch lengths,maxillary and mandibular basal bone lengths, maxillary and mandibular basal bone widths were found.
