摘要:
目的 了解宁夏居民碘营养水平和8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率,为宁夏盐碘浓度调整提供依据。方法 采用二阶段抽样法在宁夏5市22个县(市、区)检测1200户居民家中食盐碘含量、365名儿童和898名孕妇及哺乳期妇女尿碘、360户居民的每人每日食盐食用量、107份饮用水碘含量,检查1212名8~10岁儿童的甲状腺肿大情况(B超法)。结果 盐碘中位数为30.9mg·kg-1,合格碘盐食用率为94.4%,中卫市合格碘盐食用率较低(84.9%); 儿童尿碘中位数为229.0μg·L-1,大于200μg·L-1占58.9%,孕妇及哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数为176.4μg·L-1,大于250μg·L-1占28.3%; 居民每人每日食盐摄入量为(10.45±5.39)g,固原市居民日均食盐摄入量为(16.82±6.71)g。高于其它四市(P<0.001); 水碘中位数为5.24μg·L-1,小于10μg·L-1占71%; 8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为2.0%。结论 宁夏居民碘营养高于适宜水平,按照新的国家盐碘含量标准(20 ~30mg·kg-1),建议盐碘浓度调整到30 mg·kg-1为宜。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the current iodine nutrition status of Ningxia residents and to explore the goiter rate in students aged 8-10 of Ningxia. Methods The samples of thyroid check aged 8-10 yearswere selected with PPS method. 365 students and 898 pregnant or lactating women were sampled to check their urine, and to record daily edible salt intake. 107 samples of drinking water were checked by test. Results For 1212 students' thyroid check, the goiter rate was 2.0%,the median salt iodine of 1200 was 30.9mg·kg-1, qualified rate of iodized salt was 94.4%. The median urinary iodine of 365 students was 229.0μg·L-1,58.9% was higher then 200μg·L-1.The median urinary iodine of 898 pregnant or lactating women was 176.4μg·L-1, there were 28.3% samples higher than 250μg·L-1. The average amount of edible salt intake was 10.45 g·d-1, Guyuan is highest in Ningxia. The median water iodine was 5.24μg·L-1,71% out of 107 water samples were below 100μg·L-1. Conclusion The most Ningxia people's nutrition level of iodine has been kept at the excess level. The current national standard might be adjusted to 30mg·kg-1.
