摘要:
目的 研究枸杞油对哈白兔抗氧化功能的影响。方法 [HTS S]分别以高胆固醇饲料加用生 理盐水、脂比妥,低、高剂量枸杞油饲养哈白兔,在15、25、35、45、56d时股动脉采血, 检测血清中SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC、MDA含量。结果 56d后,高脂模型组血 清SOD、GSH-Px、T -AOC明显低于各组,而MDA明显高于各组;正常对照组、阳性对照组、低剂量组之间,SOD、 GSH-Px、T-AOC、MDA差异无统计学意义;高剂量组血清内SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC明显高于各组 , 而MDA明显低于各组。结论 枸杞油能够提高机体抗氧化能力,降低体内脂质过 氧化作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of Lycium Oil on antiperoxi dation in rabbits.Methods 30 White rabbits were randomly divided in to 5 groups with normal feeding group, hyperlipid and hyperchlosterol group, positi ve control group and lowLycium seed oil group, highLycium oil group.The seru m activity of SOD, MDA,GSHpx, TAOC were monitored in the 15th, 25th, 35th, 45t h, 56th day. Results After 56 days,the serum levels of SOD,GSHpx,T  AOC in hyperlipid and hyperchlosterol group were lower than thosse in normal fee ding group and the levels of MDA in hyperlipid and hyperchlosterol group were h igher than those in normal feeding group. The levels of SOD,GSHpx,TAOC in hi gh lycium seed oil group were much higher than those in normal feeding group and t he levels of MDA in highlycium seed oil group were lower than those in normal f eeding group, hyperlipid and hyperchlosterol group, positive control group and l owLycium seed oil group.Conclusion Lycium seed oil can improve th e ability of amtioxidative capability and decrease the antilipid peroxidatio n effects.
