摘要:
目的 探讨阴道微生态评价系统对提高阴道感染检出率的应用效果。方法 选取 2018 年10月—2019年6月在银川市妇幼保健院门诊行宫腔镜检查术的237名女性,术前取阴道分泌物,分析阴道微生态评价结果。结果 237例中阴道微生态失衡者145例(61.2%);阴道微生态失衡者中单一感染61例(25.7%),BV28例(11.8%);混合感染27例(11.4%),AV+VVC共15例(6.3%)。237例中根据有无症状分为无症状组(176例)和有症状组(61例)。无症状组阴道微生态失衡93例(52.8%)、阴道炎37例(21.0%),有症状组分别为52例(85.2%)、51例(83.6%),无症状组阴道微生态失衡和阴道炎发生率均低于有症状组(P均<0.01)。结论 微生态评价系统能对女性阴道微生态异常情况进行准确检测及评价。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value of vagina microenviroment evaluation to improve the detection rate of vaginitis before operation. Methods From October 2018 to June 2019, 237 women who underwent hysteroscopy in the outpatient department of Yinchuan maternal and child health care hospital were selected. Before the operation, vaginal secretions were taken and the results of vaginal microecological evaluation were analyzed. Results Among 237 cases,145 cases(61.2%) were vaginal microecological imbalance,61 cases (25.7%) were single infection,28 cases(11.8%) were BV,27 cases(11.4%) were mixed infection, 15 cases (6.3%) were AV + VVC. 237 cases were divided into two groups according to whether there were symptoms or not: the asymptomatic group (176 cases) and the symptomatic group (61 cases). There were 93 cases (52.8%) and 37 cases(21.0%) of vaginitis in the asymptomatic group, 52 cases(85.2%) and 51 cases(83.6%) in the symptomatic group, respectively. The incidence of vaginal microecological imbalance and vaginitis in the asymptomatic group was lower than that in the symptomatic group(P<0.01). Conclusion Vaginal microecological imbalance is common in women, and vaginitis occurs even in asymptomatic women. The vaginal microecological imbalance is more likely to occur in the vaginitis.
