摘要:
目的 了解2型糖尿病患者体内氧化应激水平及与其相关微量元素相关性。方法 来医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者作为病例组,根据有无并发症,将病例组分为单纯组和并发症组; 来院健康体检者作为对照组。测定研究对象血清氧化应激水平及微量元素含量; 分析研究对象血清氧化应激水平、微量元素含量差异,并分析抗氧化酶与相关微量元素关系。结果 与对照组相比,单纯组、并发症组血清丙二醛(MDA)水平升高,总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低(P<0.05),三组间谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 与对照组相比,单纯组、并发症组血清铁、铜、锰水平升高,血清硒、锌水平降低(P<0.05); SOD与锌有相关性(r=0.282,P<0.001)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清氧化应激水平升高,微量元素紊乱,微量元素在调节抗氧化酶活性上可能起一定作用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the oxidative stress status and its correlation with related trace elements in patients type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes in hospital were selected as case group and divided into two groups, including simple MS and MS with complications based on complications. Healthy subjects were selected as control group. Serum levels of oxidative stress and trace elements were tested and analyzed in all subjects. Results Compared with the control group, patients with the simple MS and MS with complications had significantly increased level of malondialdehyde(MDA), significantly decreased levels of total antioxidant capacity(TAOC), superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, patients with the simple MS and MS with complications had significantly increased levels of iron, copper, manganese and significantly decreased levels of selenium,zinc(P<0.05). The significant correlation between SOD and zinc(r=0.282, P<0.001)was found. Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes, the trace elements may play an important role in adjusting the activities of antioxidase.
