摘要:
目的 了解宁夏社区医务人员的工作现况与满意度,为社区卫生服务机构改革提供依据。方法 采用分层随机整群抽样方法,对宁夏的四个地区(石嘴山市、吴忠市、中卫市和固原市)的共21个社区卫生服务站的241名医护人员进行问卷调查。结果 宁夏地区社区卫生服务医护人员的工作满意度总体水平较高,但普遍存在工作收入偏低、工作时间长、工作内容繁琐等问题; 医务人员学历职称层次较低; 职工较满意的是工作环境、人际关系和管理水平; 最担心的是医疗纠纷、收入下降和领导不理解等。结论 社区卫生服务机构应提高医务人员的工作待遇,加强继续教育,建立公平合理的激励机制,加强规范化服务的监督与指导,提高医护人员的工作满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the work status and satisfaction of community medical professionals and to provide the basis for institutional reform in community health services institution. Methods With Random cluster sampling method, the four cities of Ningxia(Shizuishan City, Wuzhong City, Zhongwei City, and Guyuan City), a total of 21 community health service centers, 241 health care workers were investigated with an on-site self-administered questionnaire. Results Overall level of job satisfaction was high in Community health service staff of Ningxia, but the low income, work long hours, tedious work of content was prevalent in these institutions. Professionals were satisfied with the work environment, interpersonal and management level; most worried problems were the medical dispute, declining income and misunderstanding from leadership. Conclusion Community health service institutions should improve the working conditions and treatment, optimize the employment system, establish a fair and reasonable incentive mechanism and strengthen the supervision and guidance of standardization services.
