摘要:
目的 探讨苦参素(Oxymatrine,OMT)对感染性休克大鼠心功能的保护作用。方法 采用大鼠盲肠结扎穿孔法(cecal ligation and puncture,CLP)复制大鼠感染性休克模型,56只SD大鼠随机分成7组,每组8只,分别为假手术组、OMT对照组、模型(CLP)组、CLP + OMT(52、26、13 mg·kg-1)剂量组和CLP +地塞米松组(阳性对照组),观察OMT对感染性休克大鼠各项心功能参数的影响。结果 52、26 mg·kg-1的OMT 可降低感染性休克大鼠的HR、LVEDP; 升高MAP、LVSP、±LVdp/dtmax(均P<0.01),并与阳性对照组的结果相一致; 13mg·kg-1的OMT可升高感染性休克大鼠的MAP和±LVdp/dtmax(P<0.05),而对HR、LVEDP、LVESP等指标无明显改善(均P>0.05)。结论 OMT能够改善感染性休克大鼠的心功能,增强心肌损伤大鼠的心肌收缩力,但对受损心肌舒张功能的影响需达到52和26mg·kg-1才能有作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the protective effects of oxymatrine(OMT)on heart function in Model rats with septic shock. Methods Fifty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:sham operation group,OMT control group,model(CLP)group,CLP+OMT 52,26,13 mg·kg-1 dose group,positive control group. The protective effects of oxymatrine on heart function in rats were observed. Results 52,26 mg·kg-1 OMT could decrease significantly the HR,LVEDP and elevate significantly the MAP,LVSP,LVdp/dtmax,-LVdp/dtmax(P<0.01)in Model rats with septic shock. The protective effects were found in the OMT+DEX group as well.13 mg·kg-1 OMT could elevate the MAP,LVdp/dtmax,-LVdp/dtmax(P<0.05),but it could not improve obviously the HR,LVEDP and LVSP in Model rats with septic shock. Conclusion OMT could improve obviously the heart function and enhance the myocardial contractile force in the myocardial damage Model rats with septic shock.52,26 mg·kg-1 OMT could improve obviously the myocardial relaxation function.
