摘要:
目的 比较两株胃癌细胞HGC-27与SGC-7901的体外增殖和黏附能力。方法 分别培养胃癌细胞HGC-27、SGC-7901,用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色实验和流式细胞术(FCM)比较两种细胞的体外增殖能力; 用同质黏附和异质黏附实验比较两种细胞的体外黏附能力。结果 MTT比色实验绘制生长曲线显示SGC-7901生长较HCC-27慢; 流式细胞术结果表明SGC-7901的增殖活性低于HGC-27(P<0.05); 黏附实验中SGC-7901同质黏附强于HGC-27,异质黏附弱于HGC-27(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌细胞SGC-7901的体外增殖能力和异质黏附能力低于HGC-27,同质黏附能力高于HGC-27,提示胃癌细胞HGC-27的转移能力可能强于SGC-7901。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the proliferation and adhesion between two gastric cancer cell lines in vitro.Methods Human gastric cancer cell lines HGC-27 and SGC-7901 were cultured.The abilities of proliferation were measured with MTTcolorimetric assay and flow cytometry(FCM); The ability of adhesion was detected using homogeneous array and heterogeneous array.Results The result of MTTcolorimetric assay showed that the cellular growth of SGC-7901 was significantlyslower than that of HGC-27( P<0.05).The SPF of HGC-27 showed significantly higher than that of SGC-7901(P<0.05).Homogeneity adhesion experiment suggested homogeneity adhesion of HGC-27 was significantly weaker than that of SGC-7901.Alloplasm adhesion experiments indicated that the adhesive activity of HGC-27 wassignificantly stronger than that of SGC-7901.Conclusion ForSGC-7901,the ability of proliferation and homogeneous adhesion were lower than that for HGC-27,and the ability of heterogeneous adhesion in SGC-7901 was stronger than that in HGC-27.
